Nishane was created in 2012 by Mert Güzel and Murat Katran, both passionate about their home city of Istanbul and the power of fragrances to reflect tradition, emotion and sophistication. The two began to combine unique notes to create fragrances that reflect the rich heritage of the ancient city while blending it with the nuances of the modern world.
